Players move through a series of stations or continuous reps performing different footwork patterns while fielding and making game-like decisions on underhand vs power feeds and target selection.

Steps
- 1. Players rotate through footwork stations or continuous circuit
- 2. At each stop field a ground ball with assigned footwork
- 3. Make immediate decision on feed type (underhand/power) and target
- 4. Execute clean feed and continue to next station
- 5. Maintain game tempo and communication throughout
