Objectives

Coaching cues
Right toes up for momentum; make the ball visible; straighten arm for easy swing-back; hand below shoulder; slow on pivot and square to target; catch deeper for spin and slow the play down.
Common errors
Hidden ball; arm too high; rushing the pivot; spinning out of control.
