Drop aggressively into the drive leg; stabilize with minimal forward shift; snap the hips; absorb then produce.

Leaking energy forward; soft drive leg; early lead-leg push; loss of posture.

Steps

  1. 1. K-Throw Setup — Establish glove-hand position and drop into the drive leg.
  2. 2. Cross & Step-Back Variations — Add lead-foot cross and step-backs for momentum.
  3. 3. Hop + Pulse — Trigger faster hip rotation with hop-and-rotational-pulse drills.
