Coaching cues

Stay loose; keep the feet and body moving; flow into each swing; do not reset fully between swings.

Common errors

Stopping completely between swings; tensing up; losing balance; rushing the tempo.

  1. 1. Start swinging with a light, rhythmic tempo
  2. 2. Keep the body moving and flow into the next swing with minimal pause
  3. 3. Maintain balance and loose hands throughout
  4. 4. Gradually increase intent while keeping the flow
