Timing constraint that forces the pitcher to keep the hands together longer so the arm path stays connected and the whip happens later and harder.

Objectives

Sync arm path with lower half and increase elastic energy at release.

Coaching cues

Hands stay front longer; delay the break; feel the elastic stretch then whip.
