About this league

3&2 Baseball Club of Johnson County operates extensive youth baseball programs at its East Complex in Lenexa and West Complex in Shawnee. It provides pathway to Little League All-Stars and World Series eligibility for qualifying 12U players. In recent seasons it has hosted thousands of tournament teams and served over 6,000 youth participants annually. Mission focuses on sportsmanship, instruction, teamwork, and enjoyment of baseball.

Competition & play

Recreational league play by grade with optional competitive tournament series now linked to Little League. Hosts open tournaments and All-Star teams that compete at district and beyond.

Online registration for Spring/Summer and Fall seasons via the 3&2 website. Separate manager applications and fee details pages available. Late fees may apply.

Fields & facilities

Primary complexes: 3&2 East (Fields 1-9), 3&2 West (Fields 10-27), and Greenwood (Fields 1-6). Artificial turf added to East Complex fields. Age-appropriate field dimensions.

Community

Nonprofit-oriented community hub that supports scholarships for graduating seniors and player assistance funds. Strong volunteer and coaching culture.
